Do you charge for commissions?
Yep. I'm a poor college student! The price depends on the amount of detail you want in your image, whether it's black and white or color, and how many characters you want in it.

Can I keep the original sketch/drawing?
I'm usually unwilling to give up the originals as they are a part of my portfolio. Ask me before I begin if you're interested in the original and we'll talk about it. It will cost more to get the original.

Do I get a print of the image if I request a digital pic?
Sure thing! Just add $15 to the total commission price. :)

Will you put it on a shirt/mug/mouse pad for me?
Certainly! However, by putting your characters out on the web (in this case, on a shirt/mug/mouse pad) there is a chance that other people will buy the shirt too. Because of this (and because of copyright infringement) you need to tell me that it's okay if other people buy the shirt/mug/mouse pad too. Also, I'll only keep your art on the shirts for seven days at a time. If you buy it within the seven days, I'll keep it up until you get the merchandise. Please do not request for the image to be put up more than once.

What types of images will you do?
Pretty much any medium you see in my artwork pages I'll do. Traditional media (such as acrylic paint and color ink) cost more.

Can I commission several pics at once?
Sorry, just one at a time.

Will you do a pic of [character A] mutilating or having sex with [character B]?
Um...no. I won't do gory or pornographic images.

What's the cost for commissions?
Cost entirely depends on what you want drawn, what medium, and the overall complexity of the image. To get an estimate, just e-mail me with a detailed description of the image you want and whether or not it will be for commercial use.

Will you do any of Disney's Gargoyles characters for me?
Sorry...those characters are copyrighted, meaning I can't reproduce them for money. (Just like I wouldn't want other people drawing my characters and selling those images.) Any image you request must be of one of YOUR characters...that is, you have to hold the copyright to it.

How do I pay?
I accept checks and money orders, in US dollars, made out to Krista A. Leemhuis. I'll start the pic once I've received the payment in full.

How long will it take for my pic to be done?
Well, it depends on how much school work I've got to deal with and the complexity of the image. Probably anywhere from a week to two months, though I can't say for sure.
